An experienced Sales Manager is required to join this international market leader within the Medical and Healthcare space due to company expansion.

Reporting to the European Sales Director, you will have full responsibility for the field based sales team across the UK within the Microbiology division.  Exact duties will vary, but the role will involve:

• leading and motivating the sales team to excellence in their sales performance
• setting and agreeing targets across the UK, and in future across other emerging markets
• engaging with customers to ensure the brand strategy is delivered in full
• provide timely and accurate reports (MI) for board (UK and Global) regarding key data
• presenting market position and analysis to both external and internal contacts

As the organisation grows, there is real opportunity for this role to expand into a pan European role with the right candidate.
