Fabulous opportunity for the right Dom Care Manager....is it you?
The Successful candidate will oversee the day to day running of the agency which is newly established and in a period of growth. The candidate will hold the brands value as we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide. The new candidate will need to be conversant with all monitoring and IT systems.
Duties will include: - Duty Rotas, interviewing new staff, Support and Care Planning, Supervisions, Leading Team Meetings, Liasing with families, social workers and commissioners, regular calls and meeting with the Director, On-call
- undertake service assessments and risk assessments - visit clients in their own homes to carry out care plans/risk assessments - identify training and development needs for new care and support staff - ensure that Home Care quality standards and performance measures are adhered to, including client-monitoring protocols. - To assist in the induction programmes - To monitor, record and authorise annual leave and to monitor sickness absence - To prepare reports and other documentation for the Director and Line Management - To work on a rota system to ensure continuous service 7 days a week - To take overall Responsibility and Decisions making as the Manager on Duty during all Out of Hours shifts, allocating work to senior support and support workers
Candidates wishing to apply will be NVQ level 4 qualified or will be willing to work towards this qualification. They must be able to drive with access to a car. Candidates will have at least 2 years experience in a Dom care management position and be ready to hit the ground running. The candidate will need to be registered with CQC
The ideal candidate must also have experience of managing and developing a strong staff team and also experience of generating and winning new business.

Must be able to provide 2 employment references Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate Good understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct
