Carly at Point 9 is managing a recruitment campaign for a provider that support clients with mental health issues in East London.

Job Title: Supported Living Manager – Mental Health
Salary: £40k - £45k per annum in line with experience  
Location: East London

We are looking to recruit a manager to manage supported living accommodation that enables service users to make their own choices and to provide individual support to every client.

You will need to have a strong background in supported living and also mental health to include forensic.

You will hold a recognised qualification of RMA or NVQ 4 and have an in-depth knowledge of supporting people.

To apply for this position you will need:

NVQ 4 / RMA or RNMH / RMN qualification.
Previous experience within a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards and a full valid work permit.
The post will be subject to Enhanced Disclosure under the Criminal Records Bureau.

Must have previous experience in the role
Must be able to complete satisfactory CRB/POVA checks
Must be authorised to work in the EEC.
Must be able to provide 2 employment references
Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate
Good understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct
