Have you got Sales Assessing/Business Development experience in the Domiciliary Care Sector? If so, we would love to hear from you.

You will be required to visit clients within your region, Bedfordshire & Northamptonshire to ensure the smooth running of the care assessment process from initial meeting and assessment to commencement of the domiciliary care package.

You will be ensure that all client needs and any risks are identified, in order to implement a detailed service delivery plan. To actively participate in the growth and development of the domiciliary care business.

Business development skills are essential as you are required to proactively identify and develop new sources of business from existing and new customer base.

The hours are 35 per week
Salary is in the region of £20k per annum, use of your own car (mileage paid), Blackberry and laptop are provided.

•    Understanding / appreciation of the Social care market place – Essential  
•    Proven supervision skills
•    Computer literate in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email  
•    Competent in the risk assessment and care assessment process
•    Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and potential customers
•    Experience of soft selling within a similar environment.
Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate
Good understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct
