Our client is seeking an excellent man manager for their medium sized (around 60 beds) Residential Care Home which caters the needs and requirements of elderly service users, some with dementia.

Salary is in the region of £25k per annum

Ideally you will hold the RMA and become the Registered Manager for the Home. You must have outstanding Admin/IT skills as well as have a caring approach.

To apply for this position you will need:
RMA/NVQ4
At least 2 years experience of managing an elderly care home.
About you:
Must have previous experience in the role
Must be able to complete satisfactory CRB/POVA checks
Must be authorised to work in the EEC.
Must be able to provide 2 employment references
Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate
Good understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct
