Charly at Point9 is actively seeking a The Nursing Home Relief Manager for our prestigious client in South Wales.

The successful candidate will be travelling throughout South Wales looking after 1 or 2 homes at any one time, working alongside home managers to help manage the home more efficiently.

They will also find themselves managing homes temporarily when no manager is in post so this really is a diverse challenge of a role.

Qualifications & Experience required for job advert:
Nursing qualification a bonus but not essential
NVQ 4 or equivalent in Management is essential
Experience of home management is essential
Must be able to complete satisfactory CRB/POVA checks
Must be authorised to work in the EEC.
Must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Must be able to provide 2 employment references
Must be happy to travel.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Good understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct
