We have been asked by our established client to help them in their search for an experienced Children’s Registered Manager to run this Children’s Home.  

This is a fantastic opportunity for a focused individual to take a leading role in the development and growth of this business as there is scope for the right person to achieve both significant personal development and achieve a real sense of professional and personal fulfillment.

You must have excellent skills in this field and also hold the RMA as well as have achieved outstanding results with Oftsted.

Salary up to £35k per annum depending on experience.

About you:
Must have previous experience in the role
Must be able to complete satisfactory CRB/POVA checks
Must be authorised to work in the EEC.
Must be able to provide 2 employment references
Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate
Good understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct
