To enrich these young adults lives, ensuring that the highest standards of care delivery are met at all times and lead the staff team effectively you will need:

-An RMA qualification
-At least 2 years management experience in a residential home/supported living capacity
-Extensive knowledge and working experience in Learning Disabilities.
-Full, clean drivers licence
-Clear and concise communications skills
-Be able to provide 2 ex employment references
-Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate
-Have a Good understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct
-Be prepared to undertake CRB/POVA checks from employer
