Exciting new role for a meticulous individual!
Point 9 are assisting a medium sized care provider who looking to bring a Quality and Compliance Manager in house to ensure all systems, policies and procedures ensure all their services are compliant and up to date with CQC regulations.
This is a very important role with a lot of responsibility, therefore you will be based from a professional but relaxed head office and be at the heart of a organization that support over 16 care services across 5 counties.
There will be travel to the services and you will work closely with the services to promote quality and continuity throughout the homes.
Salary is in the region of £45K - £50K other benefits include: -Growth plans for the company – being part of a progressive provider -Quality driven company looking to provide exceptional quality -Expansion plans for the company that will offer ongoing development for the successful individual -Exceptional IT systems throughout all services.
