Charly at Point 9 is looking for an Area Manager/Regional Manager to cover South Wales for our prestigious client who are a leader in dementia care services in Wales.

An Area, Regional or peripatetic Manager with experience of managing residential services for older people with nursing/dementia would ideal.

You will be able to Lead and organise turnaround and similar major remedial projects.
Have Managerial responsibility for specific services in the Wales Region and put in place improvement measures to raise the standards of service provision.
Work with internal staff at all levels you will address service shortfalls and implement necessary improvements so that the service can be restored to line management.

Nursing qualification a bonus but not essential however an NVQ 4 or equivalent in Management is essential as is Experience of a similar role.
You will also need to be happy traveling around South Wales.

The hours are 37.5 a week and the salary is 50-60k per annum depending upon experience.
