Mary from Point 9 is working with our client who own a small home based near to Wilmslow in Cheshire, which caters for the needs and requirements of elderly service users.

Our client requires a Strong Manager who has strong personality to deal with existing staff. A firm but fair approach would be ideal.

The home is well reputed and enjoys a good occupancy rate- nearly full.

The salary on offer is in the region of will pay £33k for experienced Manager and someone who has worked in similar environment, although this is negotiable for an exceptional manager with a track record for managing homes to the maximum highest standards.

NVQ4 / RMA qualification
A minimum of 3 years home management experience.
Ability to lead and motivate other staff members.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards and a full valid work permit.
