Carly at Point 9 is seeking a well seasoned Nursing Home Manager for this large New Build which will be providing care and nursing to elderly service users in central Surrey.

Our client are an exceptional care provider who are constantly growing in the care industry, therefore this is an exciting time for a dynamic Manager to be part of a forward thinking, successful provider.

The salary on offer is in the region of £60K + £10K bonus – 33 days holiday

The successful person will have managed a 3 star home, be passionate and enthusiastic and a person with ideas.

You will  need
A current RGN qualification and NMC PIN
good experience of managing a large nursing home previously, excellent leadership skills, excellent knowledge of CQC and home regulations,
experience of dealing with HR and recruitment issues.
