You will be affluent in the knowledge of running a medium sized home in accordance with the CQC standards and ready for your next challenge to enhance your career in order to benefit from working with this employer who reward you for your efforts and promote from within.

You must have an RGN or RMN qualification with a current PIN and already have 3 years experience of a manager in mental health.
