Our client is a prestigious care provider who has opened a new care centre.  
As the home is only newly opened this is a great opportunity to get in at the beginning and really make your mark as the centre matures and evolves.  

The hours are 40 per week and the salary is £40k per annum

You will have an interest in palliative care and pain management and will need:

RGN qualification (will consider an RMN with excellent elderly and palliative care experience).
Previous experience in a senior capacity within elderly and dementia nursing and palliative care.
Level 4 in Health and Social Care or RMA/LMC Award advantageous but not essential.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
2 - 3 years experience at a Management level essential.

Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards and a full valid work permit.

The post will be subject to Enhanced Disclosure under the Criminal Records Bureau.
