Point 9 Recruitment are seeking Home Manager for a Nursing and Residential Home that support older people with dementia, in Northampton.

You will be an RGN or RMN
Experience of managing support services and managing a diverse staff team of 28
You will be able to work as part of a management team, be experienced with CQC regulations and carry out Staff Training.

About you:
Must have previous experience in the role
Must be able to complete satisfactory CRB/POVA checks
Must be authorised to work in the EEC.
Must be able to provide 2 employment references
Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate
Good understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct
