This lovely, family Run, Professional Company who now have a over 5 homes with future developments are looking for a Manager for one of their first Nursing Homes in Surrey due to internal promotion.

To apply for this position you will need:

To be committed and driven and be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building skills coupled with time management and clinical expertise.
RGN Qualified you will be a high flyer and an excellent communicator.
5 years experience as a home Manager for a medium to large sized home.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards and a full valid work permit.
Must be able to complete satisfactory CRB/POVA checks
Must be authorised to work in the EEC.
Must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Must be able to provide 2 employment references
Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate

You will be rewarded with a salary in the region of £45k plus, depending on experience.
