Rachel at Point 9 has a fantastic opportunity for a strong, experienced Nursing Home Manager to work with a new, enthusiastic nursing team.

Our client, a prestigious medium sized organization, are looking for a strong clinical manager to lead this new team who are raring to go.

The home itself has had some issues and has just been taken over by our client, but the organization have already made vast improvements by increasing the number of full time permanent nursing and care staff and therefore improving standards of care. They now need a committed Manager to take this home to the next level.

About you:
You will need the RMA along with RGN or RMN qualifications
Must have previous experience in the role
Must be able to complete satisfactory CRB/POVA checks
Must be authorised to work in the EEC.
Must be able to provide 2 employment references
Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate
Good understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct
