Mary at Point 9 is looking for a super new Manager for her client who are a provider of care services to elderly service users in Merseyside.

The home has an Excellent occupancy rate and a 3 star rating

The home is located near to West Derby, close to shops, churches and other amenities with public transport links to the city centre 5 minutes walk from the home

Main Responsibilities:      Our client is a leading provider with a portfolio of homes providing excellent standards of care across the North West. They are seeking an experienced Home Manager ( RGN qualified) who is looking for a long term challenge with a dynamic and forward thinking provider. Our client would like the successful candidate to also drive through the GSF accreditation   
    
You will need:
 A current RGN qualification
Ability to drive through GSF accreditation
Oversee the care of residents within the care home
Take responsibility of the day-to—day running of the home
Marketing of the home
Maintaining excellent occupancy level
Ensure that all company policies and procedures & all legal requirements are adhered to within the defined timescales
