You will have proven management experience, have experience with compliance and CQC, Budgets, Staff supervision, relationship building with families and outside agencies.

You will have a Nursing background and may suit a Deputy looking for their first management role if you have been a deputy in a large home.

Qualifications & Experience required for job advert:

RGN and LMCS or RMA

About you:
Must have previous experience in the role
Must be able to complete satisfactory CRB/POVA checks
Must be authorised to work in the EEC.
Must be able to provide 2 employment references
Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate
Good understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct
