Based in Swansea, this is a fantastic opportunity for a focused individual to take a leading role in the development and growth of this business as there is scope for the right person to achieve both significant personal development and achieve a real sense of professional and personal fulfillment.

RMN qualification with experience of working with people with learning difficulties within a nursing home environment.
Ability to take charge and also work on own initiative.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards and a full valid work permit.
The post will be subject to Enhanced Disclosure under the Criminal Records Bureau.
