This well regarded home in Northampton (Near Wellingborough) needs a new, forward thinking Manager who is dedicated and passionate about caring for elderly service users with dementia.

With a string of good care reports behind you, you will play a major role in ensuring that this home is running smoothly.

About you:
You will be RGN or RMN qualified and also hold the RMA
Must have previous experience in the role
Must be able to complete satisfactory CRB/POVA checks
Must be authorised to work in the EEC.
Must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Must be able to provide 2 employment references
Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Good understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct
