Calling all RGN Managers with a passion for care in dementia services-have we got the job for you!!

Based in this lovely, small home between Fleet and Hook in Hampshire which caters for the needs and requirements of elderly services users with dementia, you will be responsible for all aspects of care management within a residential home.

You will be joining a provider that owns a number of quality services and provides personable care for their clients and staff. This is a company where new ideas are listened to, you will have full autonomy to run the service with support of an area manager and head office support. You will excel with relationship building and building links, there are spaces within the home that need to have clients placed in.

To do all this effectively you will need the following skills and experience:
Current RGN PIN
NVQ4/LMA in Care
Must have previous experience in the role
Must be able to complete satisfactory CRB/POVA checks
Must be authorised to work in the EEC.
Must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Must be able to provide 2 employment references
Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Good understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct

You will be rewarded with a good salary of up to £40k per annum for the right person.
