The home has been awarded a 3 star rating in the past and are looking to maintain that standard, therefore you will have experience with managing a home to a exceptional, impeccable knowledge and experience in managing safeguarding complex complaints and care issues.

Hold a current PIN-RGN
Already have 5 years experience of managing a large home at 2 star or 3 star rating.
