A Great opportunity from Point 9 and their prestigious client exists in a  non for profit organisation, who offer care to vulnerable adults in the Cambridgeshire region.

The main focus is to drive service delivery growth pro-actively, promoting services both internally and externally, identifying and recommending business development opportunities in order to increase the level of service provision.

Typically you will find yourself:

•    To be responsible for effective resource management, including recruitment and monitoring of care/support staff instilling a culture of high quality and efficient working practices.
•    To be responsible for ACC meeting financial targets and operating within agreed financial guidelines
•    To interpret performance information and develop SMART objectives to enable care/support teams to achieve high quality outcomes.
•    To promote and embed a flexible approach to care delivery ensuring people with care needs and their carers are accessing a range of suitable services for their needs and to ensure that the care delivered is of the highest quality
•    To develop excellent working relations with statutory and voluntary agencies in order to achieve the aims and objectives of the organisation.

You would need to have management responsibility for ACC, reporting to the Board of Directors; and to have overall responsibility for the provision of high quality care and support services for residents within extra care, sheltered, ILSS and private housing.

To do this, you will need:
RMA/ NVQ Level 4 IN Care management or equivalent qualification
Must have previous experience in the role
Must be able to complete satisfactory CRB/POVA checks
Must be authorised to work in the EEC.
Must be able to provide 2 employment references
Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate
Good understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct

In return you will receive a comfortable salary in the region of £35k per annum.
