Point 9's client own a small home situated neat Aylesbury, which requires a Registered Manager to work alongside the General Manager, ensuring that the highest standards of care possible are delivered to their elderly service users.

This is an excellent opportunity for a focused individual to take pride in as you will be part of a good solid team.

The Registered Manager will report into the General Manager and is responsible with the support of the General Manager, for staff management, day to day running of the home.

You will need to be an excellent leader with exceptional clinical skills.  
Have a current RGN qualification. Orthopedic/general surgery background would be ideal.
NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care or RMA/LMC Award advantageous.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
e prepared to work  12hours per week on the floor as an RGN as this is required
Possess excellent clinical skills.
You will also need a  clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards and a full valid work permit.
The post will be subject to Enhanced Disclosure under the Criminal Records Bureau.

In return you can enjoy a salary in the region of £40k per annum dependent upon skills, qualifications and experience.
