Carly at Point 9 is working with our client; a leading Domiciliary Care provider with growth plans for 2012, who are looking to recruit a new manager to manage their current business and expand within the local area.

Must have previous experience in the role
Must have NVQ Level 4 – Leadership in Care Management
Must be able to complete satisfactory CRB/POVA checks
Must be authorised to work in the EEC.
Must be able to provide 2 employment references
Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate
Good understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct
You must have the ability to travel for the purpose of clients
Be able to Build strong relationships and manage client and candidate expectations
Maximise business opportunities within our existing clients
Run a very fast paced temps desk as the positions we fill are on a temporary basis so the need is immediate
Manage and prioritise your own workload to ensure that both clients and candidates expectations are exceeded
Assessment & Implementation of care plans according to the clients’ needs
Conducting training of candidates in accordance with Regulations and clients’ requirements with a view to provide compliant and trained candidates
Coordinate with CQC and adhere to audit requirements of CQC as well as of clients’
Administration activities which include
Registration of candidates
Compliance check
Updating systems like ITRIS etc
Creating management reports, documentation of communication and key notes
Shift allocations
Job portals check and uploading
