We are assisting our exclusive client, a well reputed healthcare provider to recruit a Deputy Manager with an RGN qualification who will be required to manage a large staff team in this large nursing care home which caters for elderly service users in Guildford

You will be part clinical and part managerial, responsible for supervising staff, carrying out Night and spot checks, Compliance ,Assisting the manager
Caring for the clients  and Communicating with relatives

This position  is for someone with determination and is hungry for career progression as  the company are growing and this will open lots of training and other opportunities for the right person.
