The home is based in Edgware and is furnished to an exceptionally high standard of elegance and comfort. Now all it needs is a Deputy to assist in ensuring that the highest standards of care are met at all times.

The requirements for applying are:
•    Registered Nurse qualification with current PIN
•    Experience with dementia Care
•    Minimum 2 years management/supervisory experience in a similar size home
•    Ability to communicate effectively
•    Sound clinical knowledge
•    Strong leadership skills
•    Car driver
•    Must live within 30 minutes of the home
•    Genuine interest in working with older people
•    Must have experience within a Care Home environment

In return they will offer up to 30k for the right candidate, along with 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
