Kirsty at Point 9 is looking for a Crisis /Interim manager in the Oxford area/willing to travel, to carry responsibility for the management of this small unit, that caters for the needs and requirements of service users with a learning disability, during the day.

You will be responsible for :
Developing the skills of the care team
Promoting and maintaining a high standard of nursing care
To ensure effective induction of all staff, together with clinical supervision of trained staff, mentorship and assessment of student nurses and induction of new care staff.

Qualifications & Experience required:
RGN Essential
RMA an advantage
Supervisory experience and experience of working within a nursing home environment is essential.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CSCI standards and a full valid work permit.
