The team at Point 9 are seeking a Crisis Manager/Troubleshooter with vast Experience of running a care home with Dementia and Elderly residents.

Experience of Challenging Behavior is also an advantage

You will be ensuring that all standards meet with the CQC guidelines.
You will need:
A current RGN/RMN qualification
Vast experience of managing care homes
Excellent code of practice with CQC
Thorough understanding of budgets
Ability to lead and motivate other staff members with a firm but fair hand.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Reside in or happy to travel to the Romford area.
