Carly at Point 9 is looking to recruit a Crisis manager/Troubleshooter for approximately 4 weeks contract (maybe longer-TBC) for this large home that caters for the needs and requirements of elderly service users withe dementia, based near Hastings, East Sussex

Salary is £40k pro rata.

Applications are invited from candidates who have:
A current RGN or RMN nursing qualification
Proven Experience of running a care home with Dementia and Elderly residents.
The Ability to lead and motivate other staff members.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CSCI standards and a full valid work permit.
