The team at Point 9 are on the lookout for a new Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager (RMN) in Staffordshire.

The home is is well established, small home that caters for over 25 elderly residents and prides itself on its high delivery of care.

You must have extensive experience of Dementia Care and also be happy working in a Care environment.

Candidates from NHS backgrounds will also be considered.

To apply for this position you will need:

RMN qualification with extensive Dementia experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards and a full valid work permit.
Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate
Good understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct

Salary is in the region of £24-28k per annum depending on experience.

About you:
Must have previous experience in the role
Must be able to complete satisfactory CRB/POVA checks
Must be authorised to work in the EEC.
Must be able to provide 2 employment references
Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate
Good understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct
