Charlotte at Point 9 is looking to recruit Clinical lead staff for our client who owns homes that cater for EMI service users in Caerphilly.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a focused individual to take a leading role in the development and growth of this business as there is scope for the right person to achieve both significant personal development and achieve a real sense of professional and personal fulfillment.

To apply for this position you will need:

RGN or RMN qualified.
Experience at a senior nurse / clinical lead level within a nursing home.
You must have experience working with dementia and have experience in an EMI setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards and a full valid work permit.
The post will be subject to Enhanced Disclosure under the Criminal Records Bureau.

Salary will be in the region of £28k per annum
