We are looking for a dynamic individual to take on this exciting opportunity, providing care and support for adults with mental health issues.
We are seeking a candidate who would be accountable for delivering high quality care to the home and developing services to ensure that CQC care standards are met and exceeded.

The chosen candidate will oversee the management on site and therefore we require an individual who is competent in the following:
Recruitment and Selection of staff
Budget Management
Marketing and Promoting of the home
Occupancy Levels and building effective communication networks
Previously been registered with CQC
Excellent Clinical Skills
Experience working with Older People with mental health issues.

Candidates should have NVQ4 / RMA/RMN qualification and at least 3 -  4  years previous Home Manager experience within Mental Health.
Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards and a full valid work permit.
The post will be subject to Enhanced Disclosure under the Criminal Records Bureau.

About you:
Must have previous experience in the role
Must be able to complete satisfactory CRB/POVA checks
Must be authorised to work in the EEC.
Must be able to provide 2 employment references
Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate
Good understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct
