Point 9's Debby is actively looking for a committed, reliable Care Manager with a willingness to maintain high standards of care within the home for our client who owns a residential home that caters for the needs and requirements of elderly service users.

The home is running at full occupancy.

Applications are invited from candidates who have:-
-An NVQ4/RMA in care.
-a current RGN PIN
-A minimum of 2 years experience of managing a residential home that caters for elderly service users.
-A clear understanding and knowledge of the Care Standards Act 2000
-A full and valid UK work permit
-High standards of communication, leadership, motivation and people management skills.
-Ability to lead and motivate other staff members.
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
-Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards and a full valid work permit.

Salary is £30-35k depending on experience and the hours are 37.5 per week.
